Brazilian professional footballer Cesinha, (born 29 November 1989) plays as a forward for Daegu FC.

When fit Cesinha is the main man for Deagu and as one of the best forwards in the K League. 

As well as scoring plenty of goals he also assisted plenty of goals for his teammates.

Since 2016 when he signed for Deagu Cesinha has amassed 121 goals and 74 assists in 322 appearances and is also the club captain. 

History

Cesinha, a Brazilian native from So José do Rio Preto, graduated with the Corinthians youth system but made his senior debuts while on loan at Osvaldo Cruz.

On December 7, 2011, he returned to the former after performing for Unio Barbarense and Po de Açcar.

On May 16, 2012, Cesinha signed with Bragantino. After making sporadic appearances, he made a six-month loan return to Barbarense in January of the following year.

Cesinha visited Braga once more in June 2013, where he frequently appeared. He was loaned to Atlético Mineiro starting on October 3 of the following year and stayed there through May 2015.

On October 9 in a 0-0 away draw against Fluminense, Cesinha made his Série A debut by coming on for Luan. From May 6 through December, he was a member of fellow league team Ponte Preta. 

In 2016, Cesinha was loaned to Daegu FC of South Korea. With his 11 goals that season, he assisted in the club’s promotion from K League 2 to South Korea’s top football division, K League 1.

The following year, his loan was made irrevocable. He had fulfilled one of the requirements for citizenship in South Korea by the end of June 2020, having resided there for five years. Cesinha reportedly wanted to naturalize as a South Korean and play for that nation’s national team.

Summary

Once regarded as one of the best forwards on Sorare and is still one of the best options upfront. He’s definitely the best forward in the Asia division and capable of plenty of peak scores. When fit and in the mood he’s pretty much unstoppable.
